Shoreside Confirmation Email?

Does Shoreside send a confirmation email after emailing requests at 125 days? I have sent emails previously asking questions and always get an auto reply back. I sent my email at 11:00pm central which is 12:00am est and never got anything back. Can anyone else share their experiences?
 
The one time I emailed I got no auto reply.

It felt wrong so I did what I needed to do anyway. Got my Palo and cabana.

Next day (after I booked things) I emailed to tell them that I’d done it myself. And the email I got back waaaaay into the day was a thanks and letting me know that they had not, in fact, received my initial email.

Dowhatcha gotta do asap. Maybe they changed their process. Or maybe they didn’t get the email.

We have started a calendar reminder for the activities you listed below. When the booking window opens at 120 days prior to sailing, the activities will be reserved for you, if available. You will receive a confirmation and itinerary from our team that afternoon.

A couple years ago they started releasing an email address without an auto reply. Last time I sailed Concierge one address gave the response posted above and one didn't but both were monitored.
 

I'm just glad that shore side is nothing like the concierges on the ships.
 
Shoreside concierge has been truly wonderful each time I have reached out to them, mostly via email but several phone calls as well. :cutie: I believe I have gotten that auto-reply email every time I emailed, and for me it usually came pretty quickly.

That said, I booked my cruise at less than the 125 days out, and then didn't upgrade to concierge until the following month, so I didn't have the 125 day email w/requests. I had already booked most of my desired activities before I upgraded to concierge.
 
I just did my booking with them a week ago and I did get a reply back identical to the one Trera posted above, but for some reason it went to my junk mail folder even though I have them saved in my contacts. I would double check there first and if you don't see anything, reach out again.

I called Shoreside this morning first thing and was told that the email system was down and that they couldn't access any of the emails that were sent. She took my requests over the phone and said once the system was up and running I should get an email. I got this one that I usually get:

"Your email is very important to us, we will be sure to respond to your email as soon as possible. Should you require immediate assistance, please feel free to contact us at 1-866-784-1654 or 407-566-8119, Monday through Sunday between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm (EST)."

I may check back in again later to verify. Hopefully it ended up going through. Bad luck that it went down the night of my 125 days!
 
Do they reach out before the 125 days? Is the 125 days based off the date on my reservation that says I can start booking stuff?
 
Hi. We must be on the same cruise! I had the same experience when I sent my email. I got the thank you for your email note at 2:10pm ET and the note saying they had set up the calendar reminders at 4:32pm. I didn’t have time to call before leaving for work so thank you for posting about what they told you! It was a relief to finally hear back. Hoping we all have good luck with our requests. We are hoping for a cabana on Serenity Bay.
