shore excursions..when can I make my reservations

We are doing a 7 night land/sea cruise starting on July 18, 2002 just wondering when they say 60 days prior to cruise does that mean the day you sail or the day the vacation starts on?????

When you make your final payment -- at the 60 day mark, you will receive information on pre-booking your excursions. They cannot be done prior to this date --- which is 60 days prior to your sailing date.

From my experience it is 59 days prior to the sailing date. When I called 60 days before, the lady explained to me that it was actually 59 days, but she would be glad to take the information, and fax me the confirmation the following day. She took the info, and I did get a fax the next day.
