First Eastern Caribbean Cruise and our first RC Cruise. Looking at the shore excursion, the DH likes to snorkel, me not so much. Any suggestions? We will be in St. Thomas and St. Marteen in January.

We have done the sunset catamaran excursion in St. Maarten - this was fun

There is also an awesome place to have lunch and a cocktail or two -

We used Fury Charters in St. Thomas

One note... Fury met at Heavensite, but we docked at Crown Bay. We caught shuttle/bus between the two.

On St. Maarten, our taxi driver offered to be our tour guide for the day so we took him up on it. Orient Beach (just to say we were there), Grand Case, Marigot, and Maho Beach (watch the planes land) for $200 for six of us (including tip).

While in ST. Thomas, go to Trunk Bay on ST. John. It is on of the most beautiful unspoiled beaches in the world. The National Park Service has put in an underwater snorkeling trail. My DD and I will snorkel while my wife relaxes on the beach. You usually can take a ship sponsored excursion, but you can get over there on your own by catching the ferry at Red Hook and then a cab on St John. If you do go on your own, be careful that you do not miss the last ferry back.
