Any must-visit shops for people who are into medieval swordsmanship, quilting, crafts, web design, steampunk, gardening, corsetry (historical, not fetish), sustainability/organic/ecofriendly stuff, gourmet food and motorbikes?
We've never visited the USA before, and various family members are into the above hobbies. Our entire trip will probably only be 10 days or so (mostly in LA, we're going to San Diego for the zoo, pretty much!)... so we don't have much time to do "eh, this shop's OK" shops... but any "Oh wow, this shop is the Mecca for people into that hobby!" shops we can probably make time for!
