shops hours

I just saw somewhere that the shops on the Dream are only open 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. Is this right?

Mostly. The shops cannot open when they are docked so will open after they depart the port. They are open all day on sea days.

The ship has to be in international waters for the shops to be open for tax reasons.

They are open during the day though when out and not in port.

Just looked at my navigator from last month and they open at 9:30-11

I would like to add if you see something you like onboard get it right away or it may not be available later in the cruise. Also don't wait until the last day or night to purchase anything as the shops are PACKED!!! They are also very crowded when the shows let out as the majority of people pass the shops when they exit the theatre. During the day the shops are relatively empty.

Yep! Also, if you buy clothing and try it on back in the room to find that it is too big or small, you can exchange it. But again, the earlier the better.
