I'm trying to convince my parents to come down with us in October. They could care less about the parks (except to see my DD at MK one day) so I'm trying to lure them with "there is lots of shopping"....

Any suggestions for the "best" shopping locations in the area? It seems like when we get near Kissimmee, we go through what seems like a smaller town with lots of "new" stuff (we come in on I-75 to the turnpike...and think its off whatever road we get off on from the turnpike heading to 192 and WH if that helps) and didn't know if there was anthing there. Was also going to recommend Celebration and maybe an outlet mall. Any upscale or unique shopping areas I should tell them about? Definitely not interested in discount shops or souvenir shops as my Mom is a bit of snob :D

Orlando Premium Outlets is enormous and has a vast number of shops from many top designers and brands, including Prada, Coach, Armani, Etro, Zegna, Roberto Cavalli, Burberry, Ferragamo...plus all of the "usual" outlet stores (Calvin Klein, Polo, Levis, etc.). It's almost overwhelmingly large.

The Mall at Millenia is also large and upscale and anchored by Bloomingdale's, Neiman-Marcus and Macy's. They have lots of the national "mall shops" as well as higher-end stores such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tiffany's, etc.

That Premium Outlets Mall is huge and upscale. Your Mom could definitely spend a day or more there. I don't know about any other shopping, since I usually can only carve out a few hours to escape from my family and the Mouse, lol!!

The best place to shop in Orlando is the Mall at Millennia off I-4 and Conroy.
