Shopping Reward Program

I am hoping that all of you that have been using the different reward programs can help me out. We are getting ready to make a big purchase from JC Penney online. The total will be between $600 and $700. I have been trying to do QR for the past couple of days....still trying to figure it all out....but I didn't find a reward for online shopping at JC Penney. So does anyone know which reward program does and which one has the best return. I would also like for the program to pay out to paypal.

Ebates is my favorite. It is so easy to use and they do actually pay cash back. They make quarterly disbursements to your paypal account. I joined in 2008 and have received over $430 so far. I've used it for as many online purchases as possible over the past few years. I also used to use lucky magazine rewards, but ebates is easier and has more merchants.
