Shopping question .. where can I find summer-ish clothes in October?

I am from a place where it's summer all year, and I want to do some shopping in Orlando when I'm there in October. I know that all the designer-type stores will have Fall/Winter stuff out - what about more local stores and outlet stores? Are there any stores that carry summery styles year-round? These don't have to be name brand items. I will also be looking for sandals and school shoes for my kids.

LOL Ah yes, the search for summer clothes in fall, I know it well! Then we spend from Nov to Apr looking at sweaters and boots on our mail order catalogues. And why do my children always need new bathing suits in February?? Sorry, obviously can't help you, but couldn't resist posting since your dilemma is very familiar!
