Shopping Points Exceptions?

I know some sites will not credit purchases of gift certificates for point earning sites but does anyone know if we can purchase phone cards?

On the Budget Board there's a thread about TracPhones and I'm wondering if we purchased prepaid cards on say WalMart we could earn points.

Hi,
We currently are aware that any gift card purchases are not rewarded,
however I am unclear if Tracfone cards can be purchased with points. You can
always place an order and we can see if it shows up in our reports for
credit. I can contact the merchant and inquire on this question.
