Shopping pass for Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique?

Am I right that the only DL BBB is in the park? Does Disney issue a shopping pass if you just wanted a makeover? We are spending the night before our cruise at the dlr, and I am throwing around the idea of trying to get an appt. First thing in the morning before leaving for the port, but don't want to pay admission just for the makeover. Did Libby Lu's close?

libby lu's did close,but another store was put it in it's place kinda like libby lu's and they do makeover's..

Petty sure they don't issue shopping passes at all anymore for BBB or any other store!

Good plan! DD visited DLR's DD Libby Lu and loved it ~ this was pre BBB day so she was barely 6 *she had a great time and talks often about returning *she's been to the BBB 3 times now! I would think S365 is pretty similar to LL.
