Ok, so with five weeks to go til our departure (whoop whoop) I
got to thinking about making my shopping list. So far come up with -

Benefit and clinique make up bits
converse and crocs shoes for the kids
Yankee candles
pair of 7 for all man kind jeans
jergens cherry almond soap and lotion
pharmacy bits that are on prescription here eg hydrocortisone
tink keyrings for my collection

That's just the start! Remind me of what I have forotten by listing your shopping essentials!

Thank goodness! For a minute I was worried we were the only ones who come home with a suitcase full of food!!!! You forgot to mention graham crackers to make s'mores with, saltines, twinkies, starburst (flavours are better in the US), orville redenbacks popcorn, and double stuffed oreos!!!! Otherwise your list looks like ours!!!!

Yes, in Sephora - that's where I go for my Urban Decay and Clinique.

Also sign up with Yankeecandles.com to get discount vouchers that you can sometimes use in the stores for the candles. I think there are some current ones now

Also uggs are cheaper over there.

I love handbags so always go to Dooney to get a bag at the Prime Outlets.

Yankee candles come in gorgeous fragrances and I think that they are stronger in aroma and longer lasting than any other candles.

Coming from stateside - We love Butterfingers and have requests from the Scottish relatives to bring them by the pound (kg?), rather than just a bar or 2!
This may be bad news for the OP - I haven't seen Cherry Almond Jergens in years. I hope you're able to find some!

reeces pieces (though if you are lucky you can find them in some bigger branches of morrisons - i buy 20 packs at a time if i find them)
yankee candles (v expensive over here)
clothes- gap clothes are cheaper and do bigger sizes in US
obviously tink bits for the house (the more discreet the better as long as i know she is there... got soem lovely photoframes last trip)
love Osh Kosh clothes for kids, start at outlet store.
plastic goblets... my kids have to have all the special collectors cups at the restaurants so we end up bringing about 30 home- we then use them everyday as a little bit of disney
