My grandson (age 11) is a HUGE POC fan. We're taking him to WDW in April. I'm planning a "Pirate" Christmas and birthday for him. I've gotten a wooden treasure chest and in it I've put the Black Pearl DVD, a replica Aztec gold coin, and Jack's compass. In addition I'm putting in a Disney gift card for him to use on the trip. For his birthday in January I'll add the POC 2 DVD, Davey Jones' key and add on to the gift card.
My question is this: I'm going to be in Orlando after Thanksgiving. I'd like to add to this treasure chest. Where is the best place for me to shop for POC stuff? I'll go to the MK if the shop outside POC has enough interesting stuff, but if I can find the same merchandise at DTD, I'll avoid the cost of admission to the MK. (I'm more than willing to go to the MK...I can ALWAYS justify another trip there!) What do you think?

DTD has a great store for little boys with lots of pirate stuff, there may be some diffrent stuff at PotC, but try the DTD store it's right below the spitting stich.
