shopping at mypoints

I ordered 2 Marriott gc (I paid for them as part of a promotional to get additional points). It's been over a week and it still says "processing ". I tried to email them....no response. Is this normal?

I've been a MyPoints member since '99... Yes, it is normal that you're still waiting on the points to be credited to your account. Their FAQ says it can take up to 30 days, if it is still pending 30 days after your purchase contact MyPoints. Specifically, it says to click on the activity in your acct statement and follow the instructions on how to contact member services.

Thanks I got a response that I will get the gc in 2-4 weeks and then 30 days for points to credit.
