So, here is the story... After a summer of construction in my basement every weekend, my basement is finally finished and the furniture has arrived (family room/office). :cheer2: :cheer2: So, now I realize that I need to buy new coasters so that I don't mark up my new end tables. I started looking last week and then it dawned on me ..... I am leaving for WDW on the 21st and wouldn't it be cool to buy some Mickey or WDW coasters :worship: when I am down there. So my question is... Does anyone have a recommendation on where to look for coasters on WDW property? I won't have a car so I won't be able to go off property.

Thanks!!

WoD store at DTD has many kitchen thing and stuff like that. There is also another store over close to the Rainforest cafe that has it all as well. Some resort stores and parks have some smaller things .

You will have no problem finding things like that. We bought some spoon rest and the icecubes that are shaped like mickey heads on our last trip.

I got mine on Main Street in the Magic Kingdom in a little store on the right hand side facing the castle (it used to be the Tobacco store - I don't remember the name now.) I also remember other stores in the parks carrying kitchen items. Shouldn't be a problem to find!

MouseyMin and tmt martins,
Thanks for the suggestions. I will check out both the shops on Main St. & DTD. :Pinkbounc

Another option might be the Food & Wine Festival Welcome Center in Innoventions West, by Club Cool.

I picked up coasters earlier this year. I only saw 2 different kinds during my entire 9 day trip & I bought both sets. I got one at World of Disney in DTD & got the other at the gift shop by Chef Mickey's. Neither set is as nice a set of coasters as I would like them to be. They both are a little "cheap looking" but I looked & looked...could not find anything else.

The Mexico pavillion in Epcot has little cloth Mexican blanket type coasters, too. :)

Wow, that's a bit disappointing. But I will definitely look and hopefully I can find some that I like.

Cool-Beans and kaytieeldr, thanks for the additional suggestions. I will add them to my list for places to check out.

Everyoen, thanks for the excellent suggestions!!

Thanks for the advice everyone. I did find coasters at EPCOT, MK, and DTD. Unfortunately, the ones they had weren't what I was looking for. I was hoping for some mickey ear shaped coasters. But I just wanted to say thanks! You helped me immensely on where to look.

At MK, I would look at Main Street's Market House and The Emporium.

At EPCOT, I would check out Mouse Gear.

I love those places! :cheer2:
