Thank you! I couldn't find my booklet last night (it was in hubby's car and he wasn't home) so me in a panic attack was freaking out trying to set it up, only to find the batteries had died in the unit.

Here's to hoping it pays off!

I was only able to scan my coupons the other day, but I finally have 15 points!!! Now to get all my shopping done tomorrow and go on a scan-fest when I get home.

If the batteries in the base or unit are low or dead, they will send you new batteries. It automatically transmits to the company that the batteries are low and they send you new batteries. I didn't even know my unit batteries were low and I got the batteries in the mail with instructions to change them.
 
Well, that's a plus! My batteries were already dead when I tried so maybe I'll stick 'em back in now that I know and am online! My remotes for the TV/cable, etc... are "missing" (in the unit), lol, and it is driving my kids nuts!

I'm loving this program already!
