shopDisney returns - shipping

Silly question. I got something from shopDisney online for my birthday, but it's the wrong size and I'd like to exchange it. Am I responsible for return shipping? I feel like the packing slip and website aren't very clear.
 
I got one of those really fancy $100 costumes for my daughter and it arrived with a few stains on it. I messaged them on facebook and they sent her a new one over night shipping and just asked that I put the original costume back in the orginal shipping box for ups to pickup. no issues what so ever and I didn't need to pay shipping
 
Official policy is the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

From what I can tell they often waive that in the case of defective merchandise. I think they'd be less likely to do so in the case of an incorrect size. It can't hurt to contact them and ask though.

There's a fairly lengthy list of exclusions, but some some things can be returned to a local Disney Store, and I've heard some stores will even make exceptions and accept things on the excluded list.

So, ime, yes, it is on you to pay return shipping. Also, park meadows has never been willing to accept items that were not store items. I’ve even had the manager there tell me she wished she could cause she could easily sell it.
