Website merchandise comes from third party unaffiliated with Disney. Although homepage says “ships 7-10 days” Star Wars tshirt was considered “custom” taking 7+weeks for delivery. In meantime, no info updates on order, just “in process”. Buy elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

That’s how Ecom works. It’s called endless isle. I’m sure that disney handles a lot of its own stock and shipping, and they add a ton more from 3rd parties.

I recently went on a star wars shirt hunt/journey. I had a lot of success on Kohls and Hot Topics websites. I got adorable star wars & R2D2 tanks that came very quickly. They are all the same tank tops on all these different sites, including shopdisney, & theyre made as you order them. But hot topic & kohls ship super quick, and i was even able to return one easily to Hot topic in person, cuz I went a lil overboard & ordered too many patterns.
