Hi everyone -
Not sure where else to post this - but hoping I can get some help from my Canadian Dis friends.
I've recently had some major issues with ShopDisney[dot]com - ordering from ShopDisney is a bit of a pain for us north of the border (shipping charges are the same as the items sometimes), and now I've run into an issue.
I recently made an order on ShopDisney and was sent the wrong size in a sweatshirt. I contacted ShopDisney customer service on March 26th - and after getting the run around and having a lot of frustrating email exchanges (lots of automated emails sent addressing me by the wrong name, saying the issue has been resolved when it hasn't been), I still haven't gotten a replacement, my money back, or the e-card merchandise credit that I was told I'd be receiving two weeks ago.
Has anyone else had this many issues with ShopDisney? If so - how did you get it resolved?
I had a manager phone me last week (I can't call because they don't have a toll free number) and she essentially spent 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to convince me that a suitable replacement would be a spirit jersey that I don't actually want - my original sweatshirt I had ordered is now unavailable.
I'm now incredibly frustrated and still out my original payment amount. I would just love anyone's advice on what my next steps could be.
