No sure if this is the right place to post but can anyone tell me if they have had any experience with "shop the magic" have placed quite a large order with them and it has failed to be delivered and emails seems to have stopped coming am I panicking for nothing ?????

They have a Facebook page titled Shop the Magic. I will say this though, I messaged them last night and have yet to hear back.
