Shop Disney Shoppers Beware

Totally agree here! Maybe we are spoiled by Amazon, but that is why the bulk of my shopping is at that retailer. If I have to wait 20 days for something, I might as well sew it myself 🤣
Also, anytime I have an issue with an Amazon order, a 5 minute chat and it is cleared up. Item broken? Immediate credit? Lost in transit? Immediate credit or immediate replacement. Had an order of canned drinks come and one was broken - credit for whole order. No begging or asking for a manager! :)
Exactly. This is true for Target and Walmart too!! Target is incredible with their ā€œfix an issueā€ process in the app.
 
And I have the opposite story! I ordered a few things from the new Lilly Pulitzer collection on Monday and I am going to receive it tomorrow. It's out for delivery according to UPS. I don't need it anytime soon, it's for me and it's too cold here in MA to wear any of it right now. Weird!
 
Exactly the opposite for me, too. I ordered magic bands 6 days ago and received them yesterday.
 
We placed an order in mid-Sept for our Halloween Disneyland trip.

Still had not arrive 2 weeks after we returned and we cancelled the order.
 

Ordered a pair of the new Lilly Pulitzer Disney buttercup shorts and they were delivered 3 days later. Was prepared for a wait after reading this thread, but was pleasantly surprised.
 
Are all items shipped from the same warehouse? I'm thinking that if (and that's a big "if") the website was accurate regarding what was in stock, shipping times could vary if one warehouse was caught up and another warehouse was hopelessly behind.

I agree! I got my LP stuff faster from ShopDisney than the LP website! It's really cute, I am happy with it all.
 
I’ve had an item take an extra 2 weeks to ship after the rest of my order was already received. CS was no help when I inquired.
 
Can somebody please tell me -- where do you enter a promo code on Shop Disney?

I added an item to the bag.

I went into the shopping bag.
There is an order summary on the right side of the screen.
There is no place to enter a promo code.

If I click on Checkout, it takes me to the page where it shows my shipping address.
Again, there is no place to enter a promo code.

I thought maybe the problem was that the item was on sale.
I tried adding a full-price item.
Still no place to enter a promo code.

(I am logged in, if that makes a difference.)

They make it difficult to find. Once you add an item to your cart, right above your order summary and below the bar where it shows how much you have to spend to get free shipping, it should show a place to enter a promo code. Hope this picture helps!

I'm just not seeing that.

With one item in the cart, there is no place to add a promo code.

When I tried adding another item the cart, it told me what promo code it had applied for me. It never gave me the option of applying a code myself.

I tried in two different web browsers.

It's crazy. Sometimes I find it right away, sometimes I have to keep going back and forth from the cart to find it. It is very frustrating. Once I just paid for it all then called and asked them to apply the discount and credit me back. I wasn't sure they would, the CM did. Not sure that would work again.
 
Update:

I went to ShopDisney.com on my phone, and there was a place to enter the promo code, just like PP said.

I have no idea why it worked on my phone and not on my desktop computer, but I'm happy that it worked.
