Anyone have any good sites for shoes? I am having the hardest time finding ivory high-heeled sandals that I like!

I have been finding it hard too. Try this one : http://www.bellissimabridalshoes.com/category/006248.shtml

They have some very pretty shoes.
I just bought an ivory satin pair (by Grace) off ebay, and I also bought some small flat back crystals and good fabric glue to make mickey icons for my shoes.
I got the idea from a dis bride who decorated a pair of shoes in crystal mickey icons.
I am going to do the same with the bridesmaids shoes too.

When I bought my dress the shop gave me a really lovely pair of shoes to try the gown on with. The were called Glass Slippers and sounds a bit naff but the were mules with clear vinyl fronts with fabric ivory flower attached. They were really comfy but apparently the store can't get them anymore as they ave stopped making them.

I did a search on web for clear shoes and you wouldn't believe the shoes that came up lets just say guys on a stag night would be happy.

I did find some more respectable shoes from american sites but it cost more than the shoes themselves for them to be shipped to the UK. Would love if anyone in UK has found any similar to make contact.

Thanks.

I got my shoes from www.shoebuy.com

free shipping, free returns, no tax...

I exchanged them a couple of times for size reasons.

Now, no one would have deterred me from my Cinderella glass slippers, but here is my advice to anyone considering them:

Vinyl does NOT give, so they will not stretch. You don't want to get the shoes too big, but if they are even slightly snug, your toes will be in pain for most of the evening if you do a lot of walking. I now know why most clear vinyl shoes are open toe.

I cannot stress enough how necessary it is to wear stockings. I wore sheer, white thigh-his. Vinyl does not breathe as well, so you will end up with sweaty, sticky feet (a lesson I learned from a different pair of clear shoes).

Put ball of foot inserts inside the shoe...it will help prevent blisters.

I'm not even sure if you are thinking cinderella shoes, but these are things to consider... :)

good luck in your search!

p.s. if you are in fact looking for clear shoes, let me know, because I searched for a very, very long time before I found mine...

whoops, I just reread your post and saw that you are looking for ivory sandals...sorry

Do you have a DSW store in your area? They have some fantastic evening shoes in white and ivory.

I'm a flip flop girl all the way! Ebay $24.99 & they match my dress perfectly!
