shoes

I'm assuming that you mean at Disney...DD wears crocs all day at Disney (in fact from about May-Oct in general!) We bring about 5-6 pairs with us. I would suggest getting them in advance of your trip and breaking them in. We like them because if our feet get wet on water rides...they dry off quickly

Last May my son wore crocs for our entire disney trip and they were perfect! I loved them -- handled the occassional water wonderful!! :goodvibes

We brought our previously broken in crocs with us to WDW and on the 1st day of our trip youngest DD's strap ripped on one of hers so there we were in the middle of MGM and I had to walk into a shop and buy new crocs for both of them. They put them on and walked all day and for the rest of the week in their brand new crocs with no problem. I would bring tennis shoes just to be safe, but I doubt they will want to wear them instead of their crocs but you never know about blisters.

thanks! My dd has a pair of crocs, but they rub the sides of her feet really bad & she actually has scars from where they have rubbed. Maybe I'm just not doing something right with them. lol

Probably not. Some people just have feet that are shaped differently. My son wears them sockless without problem. I tried to wear them last year without socks and they rubbed parts of my feet raw and I got horrible blisters. So if I wear them during the summer I have to wear the super short socks. Actually what I did is I invested in a pair of Croc flip-flops and wore them to Disney in April. They were heaven! I don't know if they make them for kids but you might look into it.

Everyone's feet are different. I just bought a pair of Crocs earlier this week, with the hope of them being comfy enough to wear when we are at the World this Oct, but, my second toe is slightly longer than my big toe and it sticks out of the hole in the front of the shoe and rubs just enough to be annoying. Some day I will just chop off that extra piece of toe. None the less I don't think I will wear them in Disney. They are fine for around the house and in the yard. On one foot if I flip the strap up it fits fine. But I don't think I could walk around all day like that.

I just got a pair for DS(2) and he has finally adjusted to wearing them instead of his old sneakers that were too small.

My DD has the same problem with her Minnie Jane Crocs. They rub on the inside of her feet where the straps swivel at the Crocs symbol. I wouldn't let her wear these around WDW, but I would if I found a pair that didn't cause blisters. DH and I wear our crocs (I have adara and he has tikali) We love them much better than tennis shoes.

Hi, Michelle!
The same thing happened to my DD and we put moleskin on the inside of her crocs. Problem solved! All 3 of my girls wore their Crocs for our entire trip in March. They didn't like the idea of hot, sweaty feet in tennies. I can't blame them, I don't like that either!
