I got a pair of Keen Newport H2's on the advice of a friend. I am breaking them in and they look like they are going to be great!
I also have a pair of Birkenstock thongs (http://www.birkenstockusa.com/products/women/sandals/gizeh/black-birko-flor/4369) that will probably get a lot of time---flip flop looking but much better support. Just allow enough break in time!
