Hello all! I'm getting pretty heavy in planning mode for my trip now and am hoping one of you wonderful DISgners can help me out with some shirt design ideas I have for my family. My trip dates are 09/28-10/05, I'm going with my DBF & DD (10), and his extended family.
We're going to coordinate clothes on most days and that is where this all came from of course, because regular family themed shirts weren't ambitious enough for me after spending countless hours on Pinterest looking through all things Disney.
I tried to do as much leg work as possible for you by grabbing clip art, but if it doesn't work or you have anything better, please feel free to do so, I'm not 'married' to any of these images, just wanted to give a general idea of what I'm looking for:
Animal Kingdom day, I want to wear a couple themed shirt inspired by Up! with my boyfriend. I got this idea from another thread here on the boards describing this exact design I think that someone here created, but I searched forever and couldn't find it again and couldn't find it by searching the DISign threads so I figured I'd ask, because its possible I could have dreamed it. If this is a repeat please direct me to where I can find it & I'd be glad to just copy that
- one shirt will have a pic of the house, the other shirt will have a pic of the balloons, and they are connected by the strings that hold the house to the balloons in a sideway fashion so that the house is tilted with the roof to the right and the balloons are tilted with the strings starting on the left, so that when we're standing together, it looks like the whole image. Does that make sense? Here's a pic of the house & balloons that I thought may work if you could tweek them slightly:
And on the back of the shirts, I'd like the wording "I'll be your Ellie" with a pic of the older Ellie underneath it, and "I'll be your Carl" with a pic of him underneath it.
For my daughter, she is going to be 'Dug' - I'd like a picture of just Dug like this with the word "Squirrel!" written under his collar, maybe in a diagonal wordart type fashion underneath it using a funky font like 'Jokerman' or something similar.
If anyone can work their magic with these requests I would be forever grateful!!!
