Shipwreck Cove & Captain Nautica Age Question

Can anyone who has taken these tours tell me if their are any exceptions to ages on these tours? My DD will be 7yrs 8mos old on the cruise. She is a great swimmer which seemed to be a concern in the Shipwreck Cove description. Will they allow her on either of these tours even though the age listed is 8yrs old? Has anyone seen any kids younger on these tours? I thought I had read somewhere that some young kids were on Captain Nautica's. Thanks for any info given!
