Shipping Water

I am getting to place order from Costco to ship to All Stars and I was wondering if I need to add my hotel confirmation # to the shipping address, or is just guest name and hold for arrival on date, good enough? I didn't know if I should advertise my conf# on the package.

I had water shipped from Staples last time we went. Nothing special noted - just name, hotel address & arrival date. It was fine, no problems.

Can someone please explain to me how shipping stuff to the hotel works? Do you just box stuff up and mail it before you leave and put your name on it and the hotel will keep it for you until you arrive?????

I also would like to know how shipping to your hotel works!! Usually how long does it take to ship to WDW from NY? Also, what info needs to be on the box that is shipped?

I can only answer from my experience. I shipped from costco.com You don't have to be a member to use it but you will pay more if you are not a member. Anyways. I ordered two cases of water at $7 a case (48 bottles-seems like alot but not for a ten day stay), cheez-its, oreos and famous amos cookies. Total was about $40 and no shipping charge. All the snacks are in individual packs and are for us to snack on in the afternoon. I ordered on Saturday and it is due to arrive on 8/20 right to ASMu where we are staying. Your resort will hold it for you until you arrive. It will probably be at bell services. We arrive on the 21st so the timing is perfect.
You can also ship stuff down to yourself or use staples or gardengrocer.
