Shipping to resort/scooter rentals

Our trip is still a couple of months away (5/2) but couple of planning questions. We usually ship a box to the Boardwalk ahead of time and also back home to cut down on what we have to carry (2 women, in our 70's... yikes!!) Are we still able to do so? Will the business office be open at the Boardwalk? Also I occasionally rent a scooter (bad knee) and my friend will have one for the duration that we will get delivered. Are they still renting scooters on the Boardwalk? I know Buena Vista was the company there , and not sure if they or another company is still available right on the Boardwalk. I like to have the option if the knee is acting up.

I don't have an answer about shipping packages to WDW, but as for scooter rental, ScooterBug is now the official WDW partner for ECV rentals and will deliver to Bell Services. None of the other non-Disney services do this, they'll deliver to the resort but you have to meet them. That being said, Gold Mobility Scooters has a great reputation, very good prices that include additional accessories that you don't have to pay extra for such as cupholder, cell phone holder and USB phone charging port. They also only rent newer ECVs. The hours are also very flexible in terms of delivery times. I'm actually having mine delivered the evening of our arrival at 6:00 p.m. and they didn't charge me extra for this, my official rental period starts the following day.

Edited to add: I wanted to clarify that the three accessories are all included, not just choice of one. I was also given the option of a fourth accessory at no additional cost, either an extra basket for the back of the ECV or shade cover. I chose the extra basket since my family likes to pile their things on my ECV. Golden Mobility also has a special right now. Although the site says the special was for 2020, it's still applicable. Insurance is also included at no additional cost.

Thank you for the info, we are going to use Gold Mobility for my friend since she will use a scooter the whole stay. I am hoping for a spur of the moment availability that the spot on the Boardwalk provided.
