Shipping to hotel

Did any of you ship anything to your hotel for your wedding or before when you were staying at Disney? I have people staying at 7 different places and I am not spending a whole day delivering welcome bags so I thought I would ship them, because 4 of the places have 1 or 2 families staying there and it would almost be easier to ship - and it would be less to pack in an already full van!

Just a suggestion. If you can't ship could you give the job to someone in your wedding party?

I am planning on shipping the materials for my centerpieces and some of the welcome bag items to the Beach Club before my wedding. My SM told me it was better to ship items right to the resort instead of to your planner. So, I would not think you would have any troubles shipping your items to various hotels.

Yes that was what I was thinking- these ppl are making me crazy - I mean they are staying at 7 places and I understand it is their vacation, but they are griping about transportation (hello you should have stayed at my selected resorts!) - but I am not spending mine delivering welcome bags....
I am going to have my tuxedo shipped to the Beach Club directly from Jims Formalwear- Anyother experiences would be great to ease my worries---

Hey someone on the other board did say you cannot ship US Mail it has to be UPS FED Ex b/c mail goes to a PO Box and not to property-

I would definitely call because usually only the US Postal Service delivers to PO Boxes and UPS and FedEx do not.
