Shipping things to hotel question

Hi everyone! We're staying at Pop and pretty excited to shop online ahead of time! My one concern is- is there a way to send something back if we don't like it/it doesn't fit (i.e. lands end where they send a return envelope). Does the resort have a post office? Thanks!

There is no post office on property. The nearest one I believe is Sand Lake Road, or perhaps Kissimmee.

I have sent parcels from some WDW hotels though, the business centres at some resorts (YC and CR I have used when we had our wedding) and they shipped things for me. I was advised that they would charge my room (the actual cost of postage plus a fee for them doing it). I never got the charge but I suspect this was because it was all through Disney Weddings.

correction - i looked it up on lands end
they apparently also ship by USPS , in addition to UPS
i've never ever received anything by USPS, but i guess they do send that way if they say so online

i finished reading the shipping section at lands end and now i understand why i never receive anything by postal service - i always order 2 day express so it's only shipped via UPS.
the reason i always ship 2 day express is i want to be sure that it arrives in time for my arrival.
the US postal service is notoriously unreliable. I avoid it whenever i can.
and since 2 day express only adds $5 to the cost of the order (no matter the size of the order, as long as it's OVER $50) it's worth it to me to ship 2 day express....

Return Options
Use any of the following options to return Lands’ End products purchased online or from one of our catalogs.
If you no longer have your packing slip and/or receipt and you have a Personal Shopping Account, you can obtain your past online Order History here, or you can contact us via e-mail, chat or phone.

1. Return Internet or catalog orders at a Sears store.
Just follow these guidelines
Bring the Lands' End items you wish to return to any full line Sears® store.
Make sure to bring the original packing slip for the items you wish to return.
You will receive a return confirmation from Sears. Lands’ End will then issue a credit.
Please Note: Sears cannot accept exchanges or returns from Lands' End stores, Amazon.com®, or Lands' End Business Outfitters.

2. Use our Easy Return label for a flat fee of $6.95.
Securely package the items you wish to return, fill out and include the Return Form, and affix the Easy Return shipping label found on your packing slip.
Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or collection box.
A flat fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Please note: Not all orders are eligible for the Easy Return label service. If your packing slip does not have one, use return methods 1 or 3.

3. Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice.
Securely package your return including the Return Form, and send to:

USA
A preprinted address label is on the packing slip for your convenience. You pay for postage at the point of return.

Slightly off topic.So if you buy in the states then ship to hotel we will be staying at BC do you just put your name and they save it for when you eventually arrive or do you have to get it sent when you are there .

They will hold it for a few days. Resorts that have a Business centre will charge you a handling fee.

Hotels that include an onsite Business Center, including Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, also ship packages for Guests. Regular shipping and handling fees will apply.

Receiving Mail
Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels can receive mail during their stay. Occasionally, some Guests choose to ship items in advance of their vacation to help save luggage space.

If you intend to receive mail during your vacation, be sure the receiving letter or package:

Includes the mailing address of the Disney Resort Hotel
Clearly features the word “Guest” on the front and the date of the recipient’s arrival at the hotel
