Shipping stuff ahead to the Dolphin?

I've had items shipped ahead before to Disney resorts (from online shops since the shipping is so much cheaper that to ship up here to Canada), I was just wondering if anyone has shipped things to the Dolphin a head of time before. Are they used to handling this or might a package get lost in the shuffle?

Yes, they definitely handle this. The Dolphin is a big convention resort. We stayed at the Swan in July and I shipped box down. They handed us a paper when we checked in with information on getting box. We could either go pickup or have it deliverd to room. We walked and got it since it was a small pkg. It was a long walk down the covention hall, I'd just have it delivered to room next time.

I had some vacation clothes ordered & shipped to the Swan during our May stay.

They charged me for "receiving" this item. I was kind of surprised about that because I have done this ship ahead thing several times at several other resorts including other Starwood owned properties & was not ever charged a fee.

They had issues locating my package, too. Probably just MY bad luck, but they claimed there was nothing there for me even though I was expecting an order and holding the receipt in my hand from the front desk.
