Shipping Packages to your resort

Can you still ship packages to your resort before you get there? I know we did this several years ago. We got a great deal on airfare and are going to fly now. Since we are going the week of Christmas, I wanted to have a small tree in the room. We staying at BCV. Thanks

Shipments to BCV are now assessed a handling fee of around $10. There is also a fee at BWV and BLT.

I read the fees were being charged at convention hotels. I know BWV and The Contemporary (BLT is part of the CR) are convention hotels. Don't know about Beach Club, perhaps many business people stay at the main resort? I know business people often have packages delivered so Disney is just not differentiating between CRO and DVC reservations.

BCV is also a convention hotel. I've heard that all the Disney hotels are now charging this fee, but I've also heard that it is only the convention hotels, so you may want to contact Member Services or try calling the resort directly (though you'll get a virtual front desk) they should be able to route you to that hotels bell services or real front desk to ask your question.

The DVC resorts that have the package handling fee are BLT, BWV, and BCV. The reason is that Disney has out sourced to IKON Office Solutions to handle package processing at the convention locations. The fee is charged by them.
