shipping package to resort

Sorry, this may be the wrong forum........move me if you must
I live in Canada, and would like to have a halloween costume from the disney store on line, sent to BCV to arrrive when we get there(this would save me over $17 in shipping charges).
If the package gets there before we do, how long would they hold it at the desk for me?
Do I just ship it to the general adress for BCV?
Also, I read somewhere that there is now a charge for them to accept the package,how much is itk, and anyone actually had the charge applied?

The handling fee is assessed at the following DVC resorts: BLT, BWV, and BCV. The fee is usually $5-$10 dollars and is based upon size and weight. Yes others have had to pay the fee so expect it.

Do you know if there is a limit on the number of packages held? We wanted to send about 4 boxes for next Christmas.....Thanks.
