Shipping on Photopass

When you preorder the WDW Photopass they ship it for free. Can you pre-order the Disneyland one? If anyone has bought the Photopass from Disneyland only, did they charge shipping?

I don't know what shipping would be for you since you are in Canada, but in the US the cost of the Disneyland-only CD (not preordered; you edit and buy it after you have completed your trip) is $59.95 + $7.00 shipping (no tax for us, but sure about for Canada), for a total of $66.95, and $19.95 for any duplicate CD's you order at the same time!
