FME-For on-site resort stays, Disney generally ships overnight the day after your customization window ends.

When I ordered mine back in January, I think it only took a week or less for the package to arrive.

I'm pretty sure they don't ship until your "customize by" window ends. So if it says you can customize by April 10, they will probably ship April 11, even if you've already customized them (gives you time to change your mind 100 times ).

Early reports were that they were sent by overnight shipping, but I think now they are coming a bit slower. I think mine took 3 days in January, but maybe up to a week, depending on your location.

After your shipping day, they come via USPS. Mine shipped on a Friday, I received them the following Monday.

We arrive 4/11. Got an email on 3/14 (Friday)that they had shipped (we customized 3 months ago). They arrived on 3/17 (Monday)via USPS.

My customization window closed on Wednesday this week. I got a notice this morning that they'd shipped parcel post and should be here NEXT Friday. So I guess the overnighting isn't a thing any more.

Finally got the email today that they have shipped!!! YAY
