There's a sticky for this! I UPS'd a box of food/supplies/random things we would need for a week with 4 children about a week before we left to AoA. It arrived two days before we did. I picked it up when I checked in and had bell services bring it up to us with the groceries that we ordered from WeGoShop. I was happy with both pre-arrivals! My only issue was with the bell services people at AoA, however, we did check in @ 1am so some allowances had to be made. Another issue is that it was about 20 lbs so repacking the box and walking it down to the front desk for shipping it back to myself was a pain. I had prepaid the label so that wasn't the issue. There weren't any luggage carts; when I asked for one, I was told that I would need to engage the bellmen and I didn't want to do that. I would totally do it again! But read the sticky as some resorts have policies that you really do need to be aware of.
