shipping items to the resort

How soon do I need to ship my package to the resort? Also.. has everyone that done this had any problems getting in at check in?

Do a search at UPS (for ground service) to see how long they say for shipping to a business at Zip Code 32830 from your Zip Code. Then add about two business days as a cushion.

I would suggest doing this on very large type, so it fills an 8.5x11 page and make five copies, one for every side of the box except the bottom. Personally I will use full-sheet labels, but using a glue stick and then covering with clear 2" shipping tape works also.

Make sure you have the tracking number, and since it should arrive before you leave home, print out a copy of the confirmation that they haved received it. This way when you get to the resort they cannot say "what package"!
