shipping items to pop

i read some time ago that there is a way to orde items from disneystore.com and have it sent to your resort, that they will hold it till we get there.
anyone know how i would go about this?
we are from canada so if i can get things shipped to the resort and pick them up when we get there in 4 weeks, that would be great and save a lot on duty.

I copied the below info from one of the stickies at the top of the page.

Ship packages to/from Pop Century Resort and home
for packages arriving to the resort, on the label’s first line, include your name preceded by the word “Guest” and date of arrival (like "Guest Kimberly Jones 12.22.08")
it’s up to you if you want to also include your reservation number, but name and date are essential
they will hold your package up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival
