shipping items to/from resort

Howdy everyone! I was just wondering if has had experience shipping items home from your resort I know how to ship items down but am trying to figure out how to ship it home... Has any one done this before? Whats been your experience?

I'm flying down and hoping to take ME so I don't have to rent a car

On our past two trips, I took several items that I wanted to ship home to the resort gift shop. They packed the items and shipped them for me.

If you know anyone that runs a business using UPS or FedEx you can have them make you a "call tag" to use for shipping back. I am guessing the front desk of the resort will give it to the proper shipper. We have our own business and use Fed Ex and are shipping down/back with a call tag.

We've taken our box to the front desk and they've helped us with the return shipping.

I believe they charged us a small service fee on top of the actual shipping fee, but overall it was very reasonable.

We are Canadian and had items that would only ship to a US address sent to AKL when we were there, and then we would send them back to Canada. The front desk was great in helping us get the items back home!

we never shipped things home, but when our granddaughter was 10 months old we shipped 2 boxes to BCV. When we arrived we were told at the front desk of a delivery fee to have the boxes brought to us from the warehouse.

I brought two postage-paid flat rate boxes with me on my last trip, filled them up, then sent them from the business center (I was at the Swan). I wish I'd brought three. They worked so well that I'm going to do that on any trip that lasts more than a weekend!

Yep, I took my items (mostly souvenirs) to the concierge desk at POR and they shipped them for me. I already had a shipping box (from the items I'd sent down prior to my trip!), but I bet they could find a box for you if needed.

This worked great! Rather than having souvenirs shipped from each individual store, I gathered them up during the week and shipped them all together in one box. Saved tons of postage.
