Shipping from WDW question

We were in WDW at the end of this Nov. While there we bought one of those big play castles for my DD. We decided to have it shipped versus lugging it home. It was to be a Christmas present but now I'm not sure it's going to make it. We purchased it somewhere around Nov.27 and it is still not here. All of the other things I had sent home, including purchases made along witht the castle arrived over a week ago. They told me to expect my package in 9 to 16 business days and now it is past that point.

Should I be concerend? What has been other's experiences?

If they said 9-16 business days and it's well past that, I would sure be concerned. Give them a call and see what they say.
