Shipping coast from world of disney ???

Hi all me sister just got back from the WDW. The only thing new to her was when she went to ship her gifts home that wanted $79 for shipping. The CM said that thay had just changed the coast for shipping. So my sister took the gifts with here. Can this be true? Let me know if you sent any thing home and how much it coast you. How much you spend is how thay use to do the shippping by not by the size. Thank you all.

It's been reported on here several times.
They now go by value and not weight. I brought all my stuff home in an empty suitcase.
Reports have been that you can mail them from the front desk at a resort and it will be by weight.
