Shipping camping gear to Ft.W

Hi, everyone!
I'm in a quandary. I want to tent-camp at FW from Dec.4-11. Have the airline tix, have the campsite. All of a sudden, I realized that I won't be able to
a) carry all my gear on the bus to the airport,
b) get all my gear onto the airplane
c) get all my gear home

No matter how I work it, my tent is just too large, I need to carry too many things to fit into the allowable amount of luggage, and I just don't have enough hands!

So this is the question...can I ship some of my gear to FW before my trip, and pick it up at the counter when I arrive? I was able to do this last year when I went to Coronado Springs, shipping some Christmas decorations and non-perishable foodstuffs to the resort. Does FW accept shipments for future guests? And is there a place/way that I can ship them home as well?

Yes you can, just ship it to arrive a day or two before you do, put your name, reservation #, arrival date, and Ft. Wilderness address. You can also have UPS print a prepaid return label ahead of time. Just make sure you keep the box dry and pack some packing tape, then tape it up and drop it with the front desk when you check out. They will have UPS pick it up the next time the truck comes by. Use UPS, not the US Mail, as US Mail has to go somewhere else first before it goes to the resorts. The UPS trucks go directly to the resorts.
