Shipping a box to a resort

I am thinking of shipping a box of things we will need for our upcoming trip in May. For those of you who have done this before, do you include your name and resort ressie # on the shipping box and if so, where do you put it?

We just put our name in the address section, then care of the resort and added a line for our reservation number. We actually had Amazon ship us things while we were at the resort, but the same would work to ship prior to your arrival.

I would also put your arrival date near your reservation number.

Be sure to check the list on the sticky - if your resort is considered a convention resort there is a fee to get your package there - that might defeat the purpose of sending things ahead of time!
