Shipping a box ahead of arrival at Wilderness Lodge

First this is such a fantastic resource for questions and tips! I am going to be at the Wilderness Lodge the week of Christmas with Family arriving from all over. I understand I can ship a box of presents etc to the Lodge within 10 days of my arrival and they will hold for my pickup at check-in. This will allow me to fly without additional weight. It is also my understanding that I address the box to the Resort then add my name and arrival date. Has anyone else done this and if so is my information correct? Many thanks in advance! I hope this is the proper forum for this -if not just let me know and I will re post.
