If you booked during a stateroom credit promotion you should get a notice in your stateroom. If not, just go to Guest Services, they will have it on your master account that you get the credit.
We booked through DU and they gave us a $50.00 Rebate. That money was taken off our cruise total before making final payment. So, check and make sure if it is an on board credit or rebate. Just in case you are expecting the credit when boarding, it may have been already applied to your account.
Dreams Unlimited was able to add the First Time Cruiser credit ($25) to my 4 day cruise. I asked here on the boards before I left if I should take any proof along and was told not to worry about it, that the credit would be there. Well, paranoid as I am, I took along the e-mail from Dreams Unlimited confirming the credit was added to my reservation. Good thing, too. The credit was NOT on my onboard account and the Guest Services said that they could not help me unless I had some form of proof from my travel agent. Once I retrieved the e-mail from my stateroom, Guest Services again tried to turn me down saying the credit was not applicable to cruises in 2003. I insisted that DU had been successful in applying the credit and they finally made the call and had the credit added.
