Ship box to Boardwalk

Hi:
Do they still allow a shipment a box to Boardwalk to hold for a DVC guest? I thought I read somewhere that there is a fee now? Who do you get the box from the concierge or elsewhere?

The convention center hotels, including Boardwalk, charge a fee for receiving packages. The business centers are not Disney operated. Here is a link to the charges:

And remember that they are not open 24hrs a day. Our last trip to BWV's did not go as planned...we didn't get into the room until 4:30 and called for our package. Apparently the business center had just closed a few minutes earlier. At the time I didn't know that it was a different company, no longer Disney, that ran the operation. Next time we know better and can run over to the business center if needed, before they close!
