Ship a box to the cruise?

can you ship a box to your Stateroom prior to sailing? My mom wants to know, and if so, how early can you send it? She's wondering now if we'll have enough room in the luggage, because we want it as all carry-ons. Has anyone done this before?

Please help us, We're going in April!

We looked into shipping some medical supplies last year...but in the end decided to just pack everything. So I beleive it can be done. But to me it seems just as risky shipping everything and taking the chance of it being lost in transit or worse yet not making it in time (i'd think if it was shipped to soon..it would run a greater risk of being misplaced at the terminal somewhere)...or the airline loosing your luggae. Static wise...lost luggage does happen...but not in large numbers each flight. There are things that can be done to help lower the risk...another idea is if your group was to mix each others bags (some of your things in your moms bag and some of hers in yours) the risk of loosing both bags is very very slim.
