Shiki-Sai or Morimoto?

I've just booked a family trip in September to celebrate my 60th birthday. We've been to Morimoto in DS and really enjoyed it (the night before Hurricane Ian - those leftovers came in handy!) Wondering if any sushi eaters have a preference between the 2, and why? There will be 4 adults, all experienced sushi eaters - we've been lucky enough to dine at Nobu in New York and DC. Cost is not an issue.

We loved Morimoto and haven't tried Shiki-Sai but would probably try it since it can be combined with a trip to Epcot and the reviews seem positive although a bit limited at this point.

This is not what you asked but I’ll say it anyway:

Takumi-Tei​

is the answer to the question IMHO

You'll be served exceptionally fresh sushi and/or sashimi in surroundings that celebrate Japanese culture. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy fine whiskey and a dessert paired to the experience. It would be a fine celebratory meal for my sights.

Whatever you chose to do, have fun.

I haven't been to Morimoto in a while, but we go to Shiki-Sai often and love it, but not necessarily for the sushi (though it's fine). If you are looking for fine Japanese cuisine, including sushi, I agree with PP, to to Takumi-Tei. If you are just looking for sushi I would recommend going to Kimonos at the Swan.
