So as we headed over to Space Mountain as I said, we ran into some friends:

So after visiting with Chip and Dale, Mary walked to get Fastpasses for Space Mountain and the girls and I were going to meet her at Buzz.

However, we got detained by that famous troublemaker:

The CM encouraged Avery to follow him around and get him to pose for a picture. But Stitch was being Stitch and full of mischief. I'll let the pictures tell most of the story...let's just stay Stitch wanted to wear hats and when one wouldn't work, it was going to become a nose ring:

EoS is one of my favorites at Downtown Disney! Those sandwiches are the best. Great way to spend the first night!

I'm not sure why it took us until last year to try EoS--it really is good.

I am getting old as the details of the trip aren't as sharp as they should be (thank goodness for pictures in my old age to help).

If you were one of the “dads” I’d be obliged to rip into that opening line.

Being as you most certainly are not in that category of disreputable miscreants, my proper South’rn manners will over rule that tempting urge. Besides… I suspect that my memory is far worse (so ‘best I weren’t casting stones).

I walked over to the Hospitality House to get Mary and I some coffee in her refillable mugs.

We immediately headed to Tomorrowland so we could get Fastpasses for Splash Mountain as this is the ride that the girls wanted to do for sure that day.

Splash? You mean Space?

Or… did I take a wrong turn somewhere?

So as we headed over to Space Mountain as I said,

How fun to start the morning in MK with some great character interaction. All of the pictures are great! I especially like the ones with Chip & Dale.

A nice morning. I want to hear all about the gurgling suitcase. I have heard many fun stories about that place and I may need to book a trip to stay there just so I can visit the GS and make it 'home' easily.



The girls look too cute and Stitch sure was acting up that morning. Orange slices and a donut... that is what vacation breakfasts are all about.

Hi Kathy What wonderful news for the 5year mammo being clear.

I am at work at Matt is sitting next to me looking at the pix, I have thought him which is Chip and which is Dale and which is KathyHe did well with all three, he didn't miss you once and only once did he get the Chips and Dale confused , also the blue guy has a new name he is SNITCH.
The Lego store has such...... memories for me !! No Marv I didn't say nightmares I said memories and good ones .

What a great start to your day at the Magic Kingdom! I was so hoping that the girls would be able to wear their dresses I made them. I know that the weather that time of the year is unpredictable so I didn't know if they would wear them or not. They look so cute in them!

The pictures of Stitch and Avery were too funny! That little blue alien sure can stir up some trouble.

I'd make fun of the fact that you said Splash Mountain is in Tomorrowland, but it looks like Rob already took care of that one.

Cayley's breakfast creation is quite... interesting. I guess it is at least partially healthy.

That looks like a fun interaction with Stitch. Maybe Mark and Stitch should go try on hats together sometime.

I'm sure you're expecting one of my typical comments here, but I know exactly what you mean since I am having to rely on the few pictures I took of last summer's trip to remember what we did! Even then I'm not sure I will get ALL of the details correct.......

Of course, it has been almost 7 months since our trip!
