just returned from a week at SVV, great stay, we had a 1 bedreoom appart, in the keys section, newly decorated, spotless, house keeping was spot on on a daily basis, we had the top floor with a great balcony overlooking a lake and fountain, very quiet all week, yes, there is construction going on at the amelia phase, but you would not know that unless you have a appart literally next door to that section, we were in block 12, so can thouruly recommend this resort, quick and polite check in, went to collect a welcome pack the next day after check in, were invited to a timeshare breakfast but said we were not interested and that was the last time we were approached about time sharing, so a great stay and would certainly return, oh<the spa bath was fab!!!!

This summer I bought a 1br unit in the St. Augustine section, due for completion early next year. When I was there in June, the new sections were up to the roof but no exterior walls except for the stairwells. Did you see how far along the new sections were?

Did you buy from Starwood? If so, is there any way that you can rescind the contract? Buying a voluntary resort direct from Starwood is almost always a bad idea. I suggest that you visit tug for a great education in timeshares and how to save thousands.
