Sheraton Vistana Villages

I will be staying at the Vistana Villages during the first week of January and have a couple of questions. The hotel has been booked through WestJet Vacations in Canada and not from a timeshare promotion or program.

1) Does Sheraton block off rooms that are not owned through their timeshare program that are used for hotel purposes?

2)Will I receive daily housekeeping?

3) I have requested a non-smoking room. Will this be honoured?

Not sure about the first question.

Housekeeping is on one day. For us it was Wed. They restock your towels and straighten up. You can get extra housekeeping you just have to pay for it.

We requested non-smoking and got it. They do there best to honor all request. Ask for The Keys section if you can. It is newer and really nice. If you don't get it though it is all nice.

Will you have to take a timeshare tour? I looked into to staying there but read some mixed reviews. I does look so nice though!!!!!
